Ranchi DM Manak Gupta pays a visit to Machan Baba, a famous religious leader, and informs him about the Finance Secretary is sudden visit to Ranchi treasury for audit. Machan baba asks him to be alert and keep an eye on him. As decided, Parvez Alam and his Deputy Anjani Srivastav visit the treasury office in the night to know the reasons behind empty treasuries and find some suspicious bills. After looking at Parvez reports to CM Rani, they come to know that Animal Husbandry Dept (AHD) has done fraudulent withdrawals in millions from Ranchi treasury. CM orders him to investigate all AHD withdrawals from all 48 treasuries of Bihar and find out the fraud that has been through some suspicious bills. Meanwhile on the other hand to minimise frauds happening in Bihar, CM does some major reshuffle of her cabinet and transfers DMs without taking Bheema’s consent.
